We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy if the product is found to be defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Note: Sale items or customized/stitched items are generally not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged.
