  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the delivery agent when your order reaches your doorstep. This is available for most locations across Bangladesh.

  • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): We accept payments through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

  • Bank Transfers: For large orders or premium collections, you can request our bank details for a direct deposit.

2. Payment Verification

  • For COD: Our customer service team may call you to verify the order before it is dispatched.

  • For MFS/Bank Transfer: After making a payment, please provide the Transaction ID (TxnID) or a screenshot of the payment confirmation via our website, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger to speed up the processing of your order.

3. Advance Payment Policy

For certain premium collections, high-value orders, or deliveries outside major metropolitan areas, Fybas Gallery reserves the right to request a partial advance payment (e.g., the delivery charge or a percentage of the total amount) to confirm the booking.

4. Currency and Pricing

  • All prices listed on https://fybasgallery.com/ are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Prices include all applicable import duties for our Pakistani collections unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Transaction Security

We prioritize your financial safety.

  • Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data.

  • We do not store your credit card or mobile banking PIN/Password on our servers.

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • If a payment is made in advance and the order is canceled (according to our cancellation terms), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery orders can be canceled at the time of delivery if the product is damaged or does not match the description (please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy).
